Our location was beautiful and magnificent, close to highway. The room was both new-fashioned and nicely furnished with balcony and dining table, as example.

Truly enjoyed our stay in this amazing hotel with the PLEASANT staff. The property was situated in the central location by the river in a lovely location. And we were just next door to shopping centre and many shops and cafes.

Booked it for 1 day and had a such great experience. Everyone was amazingly great and welcoming as well as owner. They offered beautiful and spotless rooms with sofa and a lovely view, as for instance.

Overall it was a nice stay for our business trip. We had the suite which was well-appointed and new-fashioned. The location was excellent, around 10-15 minutes walk from Centenary Lakes.

The room was modern, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was a good bathroom. We were in a great and absolutely perfect location a 10-15 minute walk from Citipointe Church. It also was close to park.

The location in a very quiet area was marvellous and lovely and there were a shopping mall and a supermarket nearby. Visited few places in the center, just a short walk away from the hotel. My room was extremely spacious and had climate control, flat-screen TV and a microwave oven. And there was a lovely view of the garden and park.

The a twin room with dining table as well as balcony. A wide range of delicious food at breakfast time. Great and stunning location for our visit to Centenary Lakes at a short distance from the hotel.

I had a lovely stay here - it was so peaceful and quiet. The view of the river from my room was amazing, and I enjoyed sitting on the terrace and just soaking up the surroundings. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. They even provided a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The room amenities were really great too - everything I needed was provided, from the electric kettle to the flat-screen TV. The bed was really comfortable, and the in-room breakfast was delicious. I felt really looked after and pampered during my stay.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful location - the tranquil garden area and outdoor dining facilities were a particular highlight for me.

Air-conditioner wasn't working in our room (was a very hot day), but we were moved to another room.

The units at Riverlakes Motel are cozy and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable stay. The beautiful view of the garden and park adds to the pleasant ambiance. The reception staff are always happy and genuine, making check-in and check-out stress-free and caring. The hospitality at this motel is truly exceptional.

Despite the minor issue of light from the hallway shining through the gap in the door, our overall experience was fantastic. The friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and convenient location made our stay enjoyable.

The air con did not cool the room at all, very hot and uncomfortable sleep.

Unable to open a window / door to let fresh air in of a night. Had to leave Air conditioner on all night. No exhaust fan in bathroom/toilet.Flat lumpy pillows. I would only recommend staying here for short stay.
